Wow driven pass this place numerous time and always busy. We gave it a try and yep I can see why the local love this place, fusion mix Filipino cafe. Great twist to normal coffee, I like the pandan flavour drink, nice coffee arts. I did thought it was slightly expensive for local food. Ube the one was very good, can see why a lot of customer chosen this. No issue with parking.
Was curious about Pala from looking at the menu and this place definitely lives up to the expectations. The ube latte and iced strawberry matcha were super smooth and creamy with a hint of nuttiness in the ube-I can see why it’s a favourite.nThey are super accomodating for special dietary requirements as they have plenty of vegan, dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian options. All of our meals were super delicious and full of flavour.nIn terms of price, I think it’s at a perfect point. Definitely not too expensive and the food is worth the money.nI got the lugaw risotto and ube porridge to share and both were so full of flavour. The crispy tofu and salty egg mixed with the gingery and herby rice was a match made in heaven and the creamy sweetness of the ube porridge mixed with the coconut crumb and fresh fruit was a perfect combination. My family also loved the chicken adobo benedict.nI will definitely be coming back here to try some of the other items from their menu and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fusion Filipino cafe.nThe staff were also super lovely.
Unfortunately subsequent visit was very disappointed with the Ube waffle, very soft and soggy, doesn’t taste like freshly made. This was the catch for me at the first visit, now not urged to return anytime soon after this visit.nnFilipino fusion cuisine, absolutely amazing food. This place has a great ambience and lots of seatings with some spaces for small sized pram. Every dishes we ordered were very well presented and absolutely delicious. My favourite is definitely the ‘U-Be The One’ with the Ube latte mmm… yummo. The little sweetness from the maple syrup was perfectly matched with the savoury flavours. My husband favoured the ‘Chicken Adobo Benedict’ as he’s not a big fan of the sweetness of the maple syrup but he still really enjoyed the Ube waffles and fried chicken. ‘Bowl of Goodness with Pork Belly’ was good but not so much wow factor like the other 2 dishes. Every staff here are so friendly which is super! They do get very busy so reservation is highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and give this place a try! We will definitely be back to try other dishes :
Came here for brunch with friends - was excited by their menu and it didn’t disappoint! Really tasty vegetarian and gluten free options couldn’t resist the urge to over order so we could try things. Really enjoyed the pakbet but everything we ordered was nice. We’ll definitely be coming back
We recently dined with our friends who highly recommended this restaurant. The breakfast and coffee was delicious and was worth the money! Definitely going back to try rest of their menu. The staff is very friendly and the service was exceptional!
