Best cafe in the area! Great coffee, delicious food and excellent service!
Clearly under new management, we used to get really good bacon and egg rolls from here. Asked for a bacon and egg roll and the chick looked at me like i was speaking a different language. Tried to sell me something I don’t want and then proceeded to tell me they do more lunch then breakfast? Sign in the front states “all day breakfast”. Reluctantly made it and cooked it, didn’t get what i ordered - got a untoasted bacon and egg sandwhich, not a roll. No thank you, when they handed the food, worst service I’ve received in a very long time anywhere!
Really disappointed since the new owners took over. The prices have gone up and the service and quality have gone down. The Chips and Gravy used to be amazing, container full to the top and lots of Gravy now container 3/4 full and the Gravy is non existent and tastes like oil. $3 for a Slice 1/3 the size and tasteless is not quality for money. Lots of Staff which was good but the Customer Service was terrible. The food was so displeasing that if I worked closer I would ask for my money back. Such a shame as Ravenous used to be iconic in Osborne Park. Safe to say I will not be returning.
I've never been disappointed by the lunches here. It's convenient, it's quick, it's a great place, and their Big Steak Sandwich is a delicious mess. Have recommended to every person I know so far!
Have been going here for a long time. We walked in today, noticed some differences and went to look at a menu. The prices have increased exorbitantly. We left without ordering anything, at those prices we can go anywhere. Please note that the good reviews are from when the previous owners were there.
Excellent customer service, my daughter spilt her babycino which by the way was actually made exactly how I asked, just milk froth, no chocolate, amazing how many places get that wrong and they promptly cleaned her mess up and made her a new babycino. Thank you for helping this mum out and keeping my little girl happy :
Fast efficient service and pricing is fair for what U get. Very friendly staff and never really had a problem - food is good but it's not cafe strip quality, but prices reflect that
Dissapointing service from the new owners , price goes up , service goes down. Never picks up phone calls , takes way to long to deliver the food.
Tasty coffee and great service! Would come here again. We were passing through the area and desperately needed a WiFi and caffeine break. Perfect stop.
