A nice little diner with ample parking (unusual in osborne park area). Food is tasty and pricing about the usual. Overall suffers a bit from brand confusion, signs all over call it the jumping beans cafe.

Jumpin Beans Cafe actually...usual coffee shop stuff plus fresh juices, smoothies & milkshakes. Lovely staff ♡. Prices typical for Perth...ie: $10.70 for morning tea & sanger.

It's called Jumping Beans now, the quality of the food is great & so is the service. Only downside is it's pretty expensive compared to other lunch bars in the area.

If scrambled eggs and toast is beyond this owners cooking skills. I really don't hold much hope for the rest of the menu. The eggs looked like they came out a packet, and the toast as if it was cooked by a steam press. My usual timid self walked over the to the owners and complained (a very rare event indeed). Unrepentant, the owners said "oh, this is how we do it". Really I thought, maybe take a visit to your average every day cafe and learn how they do it. At least you'll see that most places don't serve anything that resembles reconstituted rubbish.

I love this place. Really Really well priced and have great pork and gravy rolls!!
