I had a bagel at Maccas in America 2 weeks again at maccas in NYC, so was excited that down under brought out the bagel as well. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The bagel itself was stale; it wasn’t fresh or toasted and crunchy, instead it was sadly hard and chewy. The yoke in the egg was hard and not runny like in NYC maccas. The bacon, cheese and hollandaise sauce components were tasty however, the hash brown was delicious and crunchy. The coffee and juice were yum as well. The coffee is disgusting in NYC maccas.
The new Friends Meal is awesome! Plus our chips were hot, well seasoned and fresh, and our nuggets were hot and fresh. I also recommend the Monica sauce and the spicy buffalo sauce! The service was quick and efficient.
We enjoy coming to this branch because it’s close to our home, however we’ve unfortunately had ongoing issues with the coffee quality.nnOn several occasions the latte/cappuccino has tasted more like lukewarm milk rather than proper coffee. We’re not the type of people to complain, so we’ve usually just taken it and left, but it has happened enough times now that we feel we should mention it.nnAs paying customers, it’s disappointing when the coffee isn’t made properly, and we’ve ended up feeling like we’ve wasted money.nWe would really appreciate it if this could be looked into, and perhaps additional training provided if needed.
This is supposed to be a large chips, but the container was only half full. Unfortunately, this happens most of the time when I order from here. For the money they charge, the quantity is really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all — definitely not worth it.
Watched 3 uber drivers being ignored in-store while the food they were waiting to deliver was under the counter getting cold.nnExplains why when you order Uber Eats from here it takes so long and arrives cold or not at all.nnStaff need more direction on handling orders OR someone extra on the counter handling this.nnNot a good look.
