Mariam is really rude. Accused me of purposely ruining my own shoes when the leather sole was lifting up after one wear. Apparently if you buy sale shoes for $100 it doesn't matter to them if they are faulty because "you bought them on sale".

I don't know how many sales are working there, but the sales lady on Sunday is surely very rude with a bad customer service attitude. I bought two pairs of shoes, and a week later went to ask how to take care of the leather shoes. She was impatient, only asking me to buy the cream. When I asked her to provide me some procedures, she said "read it, it's on the back of the product." There were no other customers in the store at that moment, surely she was NOT Busy, but she was so busy with playing around on her computer screen rather than speaking to a customer. Very disappointed with the customer service!!

Went in to find some shoes for work. Sales assistant could be heard out back. Waited for a few minutes. She came out. I asked if she could help me with a style to suit my work pants. She told me to look around and said ballet flats are here, loofahs here, more formal shoes here and jogger style here. Seemed completely uninterested in offering any help or guidence. Last time I was here the girl was extremly helpful. Massive contrast in staff.
