I’m genuinely impressed with the bikes from Kmart. I bought a Fusion 60 cm bike about four years ago, and it’s still working properly to this day. It does have a lot of rust now from regular use, and one of the gear mechanisms broke at one point, but I was able to get it repaired and it’s been fine since. Overall, it’s been reliable and great value for the price. Now that I’ve grown older and need something bigger, I’m thinking about buying an Everest mountain bike from Kmart as well. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend buying bikes from here. Keep up the great work!
stuff is pretty nice but the photo print always has issues. Printed half way and the ribbon stopped working. Was told to come tomo but im out of state so asked for refund. No directions, no leads, slow, they were doing something else, got tired and left
Hi, I would like to make a complaint about an experience I had in the store today.nnI was searching for a kids’ watch and wasn’t able to locate it, so I asked one of your staff members for help. She initially told me “kids’ section,” but when I asked for the specific area, she abruptly said it was sold out without properly checking or guiding me.nnLater, when we were ready to check out and needed assistance, the same staff member approached us with a visibly rude attitude. She rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed, showing no professionalism or customer service etiquette. She was wearing a green T-shirt.nnThis behaviour made us feel very uncomfortable. I hope this is addressed, as customers should be treated with respect and proper assistance at all times.
As a visitor from Brisbane this would have to be the worst Kmart store I have ever been to. The customer service is non existent and the store looked in disarray. While lining up to pay the girl serving walked off from cashier desk to bend down below the counter and rummage through some coathanger boxes. I had an armful of clothes that I wanted to put through not self checkout . She ignored me and started huffing and puffing and walked to another counter to play very loudly with some more coathangers. She then told the young bloke helping self checkout to come and tell me no-one was serving and to go and checkout myself. I left everything on the counter and left and went and spent my money at a different store.
This is probably the worst Kmart service in all of Australia. About two years ago, I placed an online order for underwear, and the item was shipped from Kmart Parramatta. The underwear arrived in a transparent bag—yes, a completely transparent bag—and the stains on the underwear were clearly visible. It was unbelievable I had never experienced anything like this in my life
