A big thank you to Fiona from the parra westfield store for giving me very good advice regarding my purchase online for 2 pairs of sketchers for my arthritic feet. FYI sketchers shoes are a god send for anyone who has painful arthritis in their feet, i have tried a lot of other brands and sketchers are the most comfortable shoes on the planet! If I could give it a minus star I would. The store is so messy, piles and piles of open shoes on the counter.. 100s of .boxed shoes stacked behind the counter falling over, only 2 people in the store serving on a black Friday sale. Badly managed.
The staff is lazy and they are not interested in selling. Unfortunately, I ended up buying online for a better experience. Train your people so they can give a good customer service.
Ok at 1st... Picked 2 Styles, Only to betold that she would have to go Upstairs to get a Size 8!! BUT We to have a 7&1/2 & 8&1/2 !! With their 1st Suggestion being too small & 2nd Suggestion, too BiG ?! Im Guessing...? NOT Much EXPERIENCE, NO Idea.. Went to Westfield Parramatta to buy sneakers; tried out so many different outlets such as JD, Athletes Foot, Nike but had no luck with staff or stock. Kristen’s service as soon as we stepped into Skechers was welcoming, helpful and honest. Her knowledge on sneakers was exceptional and because of her customer service we found the exact fit and style we were looking for. Thank you so much, Looking forward to coming back!
Awesome service, brightly lit, well laid out store, very easy to find advertised products and check everything out. Plenty of attentive sales staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Store not designed for social distancing which is not enforced. Very hard with a store full of customers.
