Win Constructions Queensland offers total construction services for a broad range of building types. In addition we can also provide a full project management service from land acquisition, concept design, obtaining development and building approvals, through to completion, with the capability to realise projects of all sizes.

Win Constructions Queensland will provide an accurate tender price at the outset, with the assurance that projects will be realised within project budget allocation. The proficiency of the experienced team also ensures that disruption to business is minimal during construction. The diligent adherence to time frames contributes to the timely accomplishment of projects, so that the client can generate income from their new premises sooner.

WCQ can provide commercial property development concepts, project management and marketing and sales support through Knight Frank and offers comprehensive services, including Property Development, Construction Management and Project Management as a part of the business group. A “one stop shop” for those that require it – this is a distinct competitive advantage to the company.
