I had previously vowed never to shop in the Hervey Bay store again due to totally unacceptable customer service from the wall oven section of the store which was so bad I paid an addition $80 for the same oven at Hervey Norman rather than at Good Guys. The other day I was in the area and had my $20 voucher from our local club so decided to upgrade my blender. I got the blender and while there decided to have a look at the laptops as my desktop had died. A very friendly and efficient sales person name Luke asked if I needed help. I explained to him what I wanted and he took the time to go through a lot of options with me. I was so impressed with his service and attention that I did in fact end up spending over $800. Luke is an asset to this store and I wish him all the best and trust that you will also realise the value in this employee.

Great service at this Hervey Bay Store today. As I had missed my discount voucher for a substantial discount, because of a glitch in my email input, the great Store manager happily still applied the discount. The staff are courteous and respectful and extremely helpful with their product knowledge and their prices. They will beat all others in the bay for the best deal!
