Last Saturday we purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from The Good Guys Hervey Bay. The main reason we purchased from them was based on the service that was provided by Darrin. This fella could not have done a better job if he tried. From the initial hello through to the final sale he was so obliging, friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He is top bloke and when this level of service is provided, it's hard to even look elsewhere. Well done Darrin - you deserve a pay rise mate.
Would highly recommend Good Guys in Hervey Bay. I bought a smart TV 2 weeks ago that had a fault. I showed them pictures of the fault and they had another TV sent out the next day and took the other back to the store. The lady at reception who helped me was friendly, professional and very good at her job. I'm very sorry I didn't take notice of her name. Thank you to all the staff. When I recently order my my appliances on the phone the service was fantastic which is great to see it still does exist. Thank you Team;nSonya
Rated one only because there is no zero. Moved into a new house ,I had no electrical at all so needed fridge ,washing machine,dishwasher,tv etc etc .Black Friday sale ,that’s the go .I knew what I wanted and viewed each appliance and best price was given !nThe salesperson listed each item and priced them in total a lot of money .it was here that the attitude changed to aggressive ,you must order this now as I can’t guarantee it will be here in a few days ! I offered to transfer the money directly into their account ,You cannot do that ,this is s Black Friday sale ,cash or card only. I don’t carry that amount of cash so offered card deposit . The salesperson stood behind the lady entering the order details instructing her .I was then advised that I could transfer the balance?. I arrived home and went through the invoice only to discover I had been charged for two deliveries to different places . Rang The salesperson,oh don’t know how that happened ! I also paid for the install of the tv and sound bar .Salesperson rang me to confirm the install and then asked me to pay for it . Three different delivery dates given ,only after I rang .No follow up on the order and no contact from salesperson with advice on the progress of the order … no customer service at all .
Bought cooktop and rangehood last week with Great help from Belinda! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered help when I got a bit lost among different cookware brands. She is very passionate and proactive in her work. Much appreciated!
We were looking for a coffee machine recently and had the pleasure of being served by Jake at The Good Guys Hervey Bay. The range was exceptional and the prices were super competitive but the highlight of the experience by far was the exceptional customer service provided by Jake - he went above and beyond for us. He had great prodcut knowledge, was really polite and if you're in the market for a coffee machine we couldn't recommend him or the Good Guys enough.
