I’d like to give a big shoutout to Phil at Bunnings Hervey Bay for his exceptional service. I came in needing help with my pressure washer, and Phil went above and beyond. He spent a solid 20 minutes finding the right tools and working to loosen a tight hose fitting, showing incredible patience and expertise. On top of that, he walked me to the right part of the store and helped me custom order a brand-new hose to perfectly fit my gurney. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days. Thank you, Phil! You’re a legend!

What a joke over 20 minutes to contact Hervey Bay no one answered until I rang Maryborough store surprise surprise they answered the phone as usual no one could help I asked for a Co Ordantor three times before it was revealed his name was Ryan as I’ve had this issue before and he never leaves his office and as your recorded tape states a great experience what a joke people have had enough of this brand you’re a joke and your uneducated staff that know nothing and wanted to upgrade me to a better brand when I explained are going to upgrade to new brand of batteries as well as the brand I have is plus one Ryobi would you think they’d upgrade me to another brand ha ha ha welcome to competition

Went to bunnings late one Sunday looking for glass pool panels, got served by Kiwi Pete. Awsome customer service over the top helpful. Very knowledgeable  even helped me load the glass into my car. Kiwi Pete Rocks.
