Excellent range of products. Easy to navigate store, neatly stocked with wide aisles. Do have trouble finding help. There are alot of staff about but it’s like a game of hot potatoe. Usually find what I need on my phone thanks to Bunnings.com.au they’re aisle and bay info
Dont waste your time with Kitchen department. Went to speak to Jody there to have a custom bench top length made and was told to wait 2 weeks to see a consultant! 1:20pm . Not interested to help at all and very dismissivei dont want an entire kitchen designed just a bench top. Will use another supplier and spend my money there.
Grumpy fella on front entrance. Spoke to him about getting bike rack near front entrance. Simply told me to speak to management very rudely. Maybe with his lack of customer service skills he should be confined to loading dock. I went some where else ie Trade Tool where you get products cheaper with friendly knowledgeable staff. Also Bunnings Hervey Bay can you get a bike rack closer to your entrance where it is safe to lock up a push bike.
