Such a great range of plants. A lovely young man in the garden section is super helpful. But you have to be prepared to walk out with a lot more than you initially went in for. So much to choose from. Our go to place for almost everything. Ease of parking, service is generally pretty quick. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable or they find someone who is in that department.
Rocked up to bunnings Hervey bay today and was immediately greeted by the local trolly trooper on shift and we introduced ourselves and I asked him where the soaker hoses were and he was able to tell me straight away! He walked me to the aisle and I told him that I needed a new tip for my hose, and without hesitation he guided my hands to his tip and told me to grab it before someone else can! I could not be more happy with the store and the top-notch staff with the best quality tips, would 100% recommend and WILL be going back

Girl at special orders desk , obviously did not want to leave her seat to serve me. Asked me if I’d like to come around to the front of her desk so she could help me then sent me down to the lawnmower section and said she would send someone down to help me. I actually needed help with a special order item.nHowever, Kelly came along and assisted me along with another young girl called Kerrie?nThese two girls were most helpful and deserve the price for their customer service.
Sharon in the paint section today was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and informative, went above and beyond to help us pick our colours and very friendly. Thanks again!
