My Friend Scott had a house built in Hervey bay by Dixon. The tiling job was that bad that his kids are always kicking them and tripping over. The tiles are on a slab but sound hollow when you tap them. DIxon have wiped their hands of Scott even though he contacted them within the 12 month warranty period. These guys might smash out quantity but not quality.
