I have been working in Real Estate since I left University in 1995 and I literally live and breathe real estate.

I am a dedicated professional who always strives to be at the forefront of my profession. I have successfully worked internationally as an independent agent and within a major franchise in Australia and I have watched the real estate industry evolve over the years...

Never fearing change, I have embraced new technology and recognise the benefits this has for my clients, however I will never let go of the core principles instilled in me as a trainee over 20 years ago. Now as a Principal, I will always remain a 'hands on' agent dealing directly with every client that chooses to buy and sell through my agency.

I was very impressed by Damien and sue Kent tneir positive, can do attitude was a breath a fresh air. We were always kept informed on how things were progressing or if something needed to be done. Nothing was to much trouble, i have and would recommend them.

Like a breath of fresh air!!! After 4 disappointing months with another agent we switched to Damien and it was the best thing we could have done. Damien brought lots of enthusiasm and a fresh, modern approach. And better still, after 2 weeks he brought us 2 written offers and negotiated a price everyone was happy with. Damien is a very hard working agent and really knows his stuff, but he is also trust worthy and a genuinely good guy. If there is a next time we will go straight to Damien. Thank You !!!

Thanks to Damian Raxach (One agency) for his efficient and friendly service. We sold our house after a very short time and found Damian to be very professional, positive and of good advice.  His knowledge of the market was excellent. We wanted the best, and we got the best!
