While exiting notice I missed place my ticket for parking had been there at approximately 13:30 and wasn't been there for more than 30 mins. The customer service guy on intercom asked me to pay $80, wasn't being really helpful as I asked him to check my registration he said they don't have system that records registration later he said I need to pay at least $10otherwise he will charge me $80. Being in a customer service, he needed to handle the situation in a related matter, he needed to understand ticket might get lost or misplaced or in that matter they should have cameras to record the registration and have the record of the entry time. I asked him to check my registration and entry time but he refused he was insisting me to pay $10 or else will charge me $80. Time was 13:56 on 25/06/24 and receipt no is 048090. I end up paying $10
I never thought I’d waste my time reviewing a parking garage but Wilson Parking at Chatswood Chase is a nightmare. It’s a complete maze trying to find your way around from one level to the next, a lot of the signage is either incorrect, hard to see or misleading. It’s very dimly lit. Worst of all, I got so lost trying to find the exit that I went over time by 11mins and it cost me $85 bc they charged me the overnight rate. When I tried to explain my situation to the parking manager, they said “too bad”. Horrible experience!
Worst car park I have ever visited. Absolutely AWFUL. Terrible signage, terrible flow of traffic, terrible layout. Electric chargers often out of service. Not worth your time. Avoid
A rabbit warren especially on the lower floors. Poorly marked and lit entry points to the shops on intermediate floors e.g. floor 1A. Today in the rain, water was leaking out of the ceilings and forming huge puddles which made the slick concrete slippery.nnRamps and aisles are bigger than some carparks which made it easier to get from floor to floor and park in a large vehicle Kia Carnival. Signage to get out of the carpark was reasonably good as well.nnThe last 2 points lifted the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.
Like all car parking in the Chatswood Vacinity they serve a useful purpose.
