Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars.nnWe came and parked at 6pm and left at 7:15 pm on a Saturday.nnYou need to use your debit or credit card to enter.nnThe sign said $10 flat rate on weekends which seemed a little bit expensive but probably okay so I entered.nnAfter dinner finished at 7:15 pm we left and used our debit card the same debit card we used to enter to exit.nnTwo hour shock and horror a bill of $60 came up asking us would we like a receipt or no receipt.nn.nnI called the helpline and waited on the phone for about 25 minutes and finally spoke to a call Centre.nnThe representative was reasonably helpful and said that because I left after 7 pm I would be charged the overnight rate.nnHe upon listening to my explanation agreed to charge me the $10 rate and had me enter my credit card details over the phone after I did this the phone hung up and I was still stuck at the gate.nnAfter about another five minutes the gate suddenly opened.nnIt appears I have only been charged the $10 but I am checking my bank statements to see that I have also not been charged the $60.nnMy opinion would be that the $10 rate was misleading and deceptive advertising and I will be registered registering this complaint to the ACCC.nnI would caution all potential parking customers to be cautious and check all of the details before entering this car park.nnI will certainly never be parking here again and I would recommend that others stay clear of this car park.nnI really hope this feedback has been helpful to other customers.nnYours sincerely, Matt
1 star is even not worth for them.nI paid weekend all day rate since I know how Chatswood can be super busy.nDoor was down but with pre-booking code we could get in and parked.nAfter shopping, we came back, still door was down but no one was responding. And all other entrance was closed.nWe had to press the Help button at least 10 times to get someone on hold then they said someone’s on the way. No one turned up for half an hour so we have to just reply on pressing help button. Emergency call number they posted there I was on hold with them also for over half an hour.nWe waited there an hour with 2 other groups who parked there as well.nIf you are not intent to operate over the weekend, just simply block online booking or prebooking.nThis is absolutely pathetic service and we will not return here again and will tell everyone we know not to use this rubbish place.
The card tap at the exit won't work and it wont recognise the entry, had to wait for the customer service and this frustrates the cars lined behind.nneed to fix this asap.
Unreliable... opens and closes at different hours to what’s advertised and the boom gate and ticket booth outside are constantly “not working” multiple and separate occasions — don’t expect to get in for free though or get any sort compensation if something goes wrong though; instead,nn- You’ll call a 1300-number and speak to someone with a thick, superficial “American” accent from the Philippinesnn- Waste a lot of timenn- Be late to work, appointments etc.nn- Continuously get put on hold whilst they “fix” the issue which doesn’t end up happening…
Charged an extra $27 for leaving 30 min early. No warning at gates, just charged. Never again.
