Do not park here! Times of closure are not adequately displayed. The parking closed at 2pm on a Saturday. After calling the number and having to pay $125 for someone to come out and open the garage we had to wait half an hour. The tech that came out was absolutely useless. Didn’t have a key that would open it and no idea what he was doing. He disappeared around the corner and was typing on his phone. We used the intercom to call them back and demanded a refund due to them not being able to open it and also mentioned again that I was heavily pregnant, next thing the door was opened remotely! Why wasn’t this done in the first place?! We were waiting outside in the heat for a tech to come that had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t even know how the door opened until we told him. Did you just hire him for Christmas Eve? Completely incompetent staff all round!
Terrible car park What carpark in Sydney close to restaurants and shopping closes at 2pm on Saturday. After paying $125 and waiting 30 mins to “apparently have a tech come out to open said carpark” who also couldn’t open the carpark. Called back again demanding a refund which then they immediately remotely opened the garage and hung up. I’ll just add that the tech also asked us how the garage opened….. then once we got the car we then couldn’t get out without another phone call to management.
Do not park here! Hours are extremely limited and not easily seen as you drive in. We entered at 6:20 not knowing the carpark closed at 7. Had to pay a $125 fee to get in/out of the carpark.
Disaster carpark service, Didn't realize it closes at 7 when I parked there at 6:30 pm last night and wanted to get out at 8:30 pm there was no one to help me how to get out also no one answered the intercom ,stayed for 2.5 hours at night in rain to find a help while trying to contact the out of hours helpline who were sitting in their home in Philippine. Then my phone ran out of battery due to long wait on the line for getting help from Philippine, PATHETIC I was traumatized and exhausted in the rainy night, ended up paying $125 for 2 hours parking beside the trauma I got in. No security people to help, no reception desk to answer !! What if someone is at risk in the car park and needs help, also lifts were not working and I had to run between the parking levels to reach my car in lower level. Zero safety and security! Would have parked in Wilson's carpark if I knew this one is a disaster, wouldn't recommend to anyone and will sue them for lack of support I also haven't received my receipt for $125 however the guy in Philippine said he will email me my receipt.
$125 charge for not realising a car park closes at 2pm on a Saturday and then trying to leave at 2.30pm and yet they let you in at 1pm. Then you would think that the 125 dollars pays for someone to come and open the car park but no, a telephone operator presses a button to open it. An absolute rort!
Shocking. Locked in on a Sunday night when there system happily accepted entry, but never allowed anyone to exit. DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK
Great car park, as has a 2.9m clearance, showers, toilets and its a great location. Very affordable, considering location, right next to train station. My only suggestion is a contact number for enquiries.
