Handy privately owner car park located very close to Chatswood station. Note there are multiple Secure car parks located in Chatswood, so if booking one line to benefit from the small discount, be sure to choose the correct one as booked parking is not transferable between locations. This car park is not too crowded and easy to navigate.
One exit lane has been closed for weeks so that if someone has an issue everyone is stuck. Rather than just open the gate they leave people waiting for well over 10 minutes. When you ring to explain the situation they are extremely rude and then try and tell me to provide feedback by logging on to their website, even though I'm clearly providing it on the phone to them. Huge fees for no sercice and extra inconvenience. I can park for free a 10 minute walk away. I am paying them good money so I can get home earlier, but then I end up paying them so I can wait in a line and be spoken to rudely by a b*#%# at their command centre.
Worst service ever. The machine doesn’t work at least 5 times in a month. OMG, they have smartly increased parking prices. As most of the customers moved from them. They deserve 0 ratings for sure. I would highly recommend people to avoid this parking place. Instead park the car 10 mins walking distance away from this place for free parking. Please come early and park at Tulip street and Anderson street. Many more free street parking but first come first free spot......
Credit/debit pay stations intermittently fail, other times they charge you multiple times for the one transaction. When requesting help, you’re often met by rude customer service technicians who condescendingly respond to your queries as “in regards to...” over and over again as if they were a robot, and offer little in the way of help denying there is an issue whatsoever despite this issue happening to me about half a dozen times now with the use of different cards, visa/mastercard, credit/debit etc etc etc Park elsewhere if possible.
If I may put no star? The Staff is absolutely rude. I had trouble at the paying machine but then I decided to get out first so that reduce trouble to the car park manager and resolve in a few minutes later by calling. Unfortunately, the staff on hotline is extremely rude and said “you are welcome if you want to stay there and cause trouble”. Staff name Ebenezer and refused to provide me with his surname and staff number. Horrible experience.
A bit expensive. $48 for the day. Earlybird $15, arriving before 10am, leaving after 3:30pm. However for earlybird, the ticket needs to be validated in the special earlybird validation machine on level b5, or full rate applies.
Convenient for parking in Chatswood, only problem was finding the entrance as google maps highlighted entrance on the other side of the road and down the street which was confusing
Good secure parking. Spots well marked and it is well placed for what it was used for.
I have been charged $30.75 for about 3hrs parking. Extremely expensive!
