Lyndon and Melissa the whole team from willow tree have been amazing to deal with! What could have been a very stressful situation was turned into a easy and enjoyable time. Both Lyndon and Melissa went out of there way for us to help us get into a place that suited all our needs and showed a very personal interest in what we were looking for. Very happy client and would defiantly recommend their services ! Thanks again !!

I’m not one to put bad reviews but I feel after the way we were treated other people should be aware..

Absolutely useless in both rentals and sales. 
We put our property through them, tenant did not pay water bills and we were never told about this ( if we had of known we would have terminated them) i was not told when the tenant did not pay rent on a number of occasions I had to email them to find out and then they asked if I’d like to breech the tenants- considering when I signed with them I was told if a tenant is a couple days late they will automatically be breeched this never happened! It was until I emailed them a week - 2 weeks later each time! 

They were also late paying the water bills on a number of occasions and the last bill they were 1 month late I was getting messages saying the bills were overdue !!!!! 

Went to sell through them , was told our house was valued in the current market 460k-510k , two weeks after advertising she suggested I dropped the price, dropped to 440k had not one person through our property and she again suggested dropping the price.  After 3 months on the market with not one person go through our home I took it off the market.

This company just wants your money, there is a good reason they no longer do rentals and it’s only so long before the sales side goes!
do yourself a favour and GO ELSEWHERE!

Willow tree have gone above and beyond whilst renting through them. They a very fast at responding to questions and even come out to assist in lighting the gas system after hours. I highly recommend  them 😀

One of the worst real estates around,
Would not recommend them to anyone.
The owner janette still owes us a weeks rent back and is very rude.
If you are looking for a company who wants your money and doesn't know how to manage properties than willowtree is for you!
Absolute worst people around.
Their is a major problem and am assuming that's why they cannot manage properties anymore and are giving their clients to Summit.

In the cut throat world of real estate it is very good to find a genuine real estate company, willow tree realty proved to be this and more, I would highly recommend them.
