As a property owner, you can certainly do a whole lot better than Attree real estate for the property management. Staff will be sweet as pie until you've entered into a management contract with them, and then they will be indifferent to any concern or question you have. Honestly, it's a real let-down and every query I've raised with them has been met with an attitude that suggests they are offended that you would even ask them to do something for you. The entire process was infinitely more stressful and annoying than it needed to be. Literally any other real estate or property management company would be a better option than Attree. One star is too generous.

I cannot speak more highly of Attree, my Property Manager Rosie and the owners of the house I rent. I have been renting for over 20 years and by far Attree have provided the best service. Communcation is wonderful and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Thanks Attree and Rosie 😊

I have been with Attree Southern River for over a year now. I cannot speak more highly or recommend Attree. I have been blessed with a Fabulous Property Manager, Rosie and a great owner. Any issues have been dealt with in a timely manner, communication is amazing and Rosie is more than considerate of my needs. I have rented for over 15yrs in Perth and over East and this has been by far the best experience. Thank you Rosie and Attree 😊

I have had Attree managing my property for approximately 12 months, during which I have primarily dealt with Rosie Maynard. She has been a wonderful and very professional Property Manager, always responsive to my emails and in following up any queries that I may have. After a negative experience with a previous agency, I was very pleased to find that Attree completed thorough reference checks on potential tenants and actively tried to find the best fit for my property. I would recommend Attree to anyone wanting a stress-free, professional property management team - thank you Rosie!! :)

Attree Real Estate has been managing my properties since July 2012. If I have been dissatisfied with their service throughout this period, I would have found another replacement by now. Instead, I have trusted Attree, especially Rosie Maynard who has been very professional and efficient in managing my 2 properties and she is also very prompt in any communications. There was a time when I had to renovate one property when the tenant left. When the renovation was finally completed, I had Rosie back again and soon after she found a new tenant for me. A very polite person, Rosie and her team at Attree are highly commended. Keep up the excellent work, Rosie.
