I had initially had some issues earlier in the year with my moving out process, but was very impressed and pleased when I was called ASAP by the manager Michelle who took the time out her day to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend speaking to her should any issues arise, as she was extremely professional and very customer focused in her approach. I do always appreciate good customer service, and I was pleased to have been met with a compassionate representative.

Extremely͏ Professional Service Richard and his team have helped me with my rental property for about 4 years before helping me sell it. The process was very easy but thorough, his entire team is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. My property was sold in within 2 months and the entire process has been very executed seamlessly. I highly recommend Richard and his team for anyone looking to sell their property or manage it.

My؜ experience with Peak Central It's tough for everyone trying to secure a rental property in today's market but an engaging friendly helpful property manager makes you more determined to get that property because you know you're in good hands. I found this to be true on this occasion because the PM listened to our concerns and gave us great advice moving forward. We were lucky on this occasion and secured the property that suited our family dynamics and communication during the process was excellent. Thank you Peak Central and in particular Demi for taking the hassle out of the process and getting everything done in the timely and professional manner. If like me you get disheartened by all the knock backs then I highly recommend Peak Central for your next rental property.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I have previously rented with Semple and the Agency Perth. Both of which were great with clear communication throughout the whole rental process. Peak Central Cockburn on the other hand is the worst company I've had to deal with in my 10 years of renting.  They had one of their employees sneak over to our rental house and take photos we're unsure why. We had no cars parked at the front so they must of thought we weren't home. We saw someone through the windows and saw they were taking photos, getting up close to the house and trying to look into the backyard. We thought it was someone trying to survey the house for a future possible robbery, which is why we lodged a police report as we were worried. Later on we discovered it was PEAK CENTRAL which they hesitantly admitted to as we confronted them who was breaching our privacy and taking those photos. This was extremely sneaky, unprofessional and ILLEGAL.  A word of warning, avoid this agency at all costs. There are plenty of good rentals agencies that are far more trustworthy.

No؜ Hassle, Great agency I got my house through Peak Central and these guys are the best . They know the market and have made my application process lot easier. They were easy to connect if I had any doubts and they were quick to resolve any issues. They process the application real quick and makes everyone’s life lot easier. Thanks Peak Central

We live interstate and Peak Central have been managing our property in Canningvale for the last 8 months. We would have no hesitation in recommending them, as they have always communicated efficiently and effectively. Michelle, Patricia and their team are amazing.

Fantastic property agency. Peak Central have managed our rental property for 6 years, sold a house for us and more recently secured us a rental property to live in. These guys always go the extra mile and provide service above and beyond what you would expect. We look forward to working with them well into the future!!

By far one of the worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with, tenants are not treated with respect, it takes them weeks to sort anything out and to top it off when I made a complaint about the landlord constantly coming over their response was "it's not my responsibility to educate you".  Avoid as a tenant.

Terrible , no communication or customer service skills , tried to belittle me as if I don’t know my rights as a tenant  seemed to change property manager every 3 months or sometimes didn’t have one at all ?, takes months to repair ANY maintenance  urgent or not. To top it all off, replies to reviews as if they have been written by liars. Also replied to my partners  review saying they have no record of him on their “ database “ ??
