Alicia and her team at Peard Real Estate have done an amazing job managing our property through the on-boarding process & then also the leasing process. Their professionalism, communication and customer service has been on point. In the past we’ve had a lot of issues with Real Estate agents managing our properties for a number of reasons but I can tell already that we will have a different experience with Peard Real Estate. We highly recommend them.

Excellent͏ Service Received This was one of the best experiences in Real Estate Selling that I have ever had. David has reinstated my faith in realestate agents, he was very professional and he always responded to any queries and concerns immediately, nothing was too much. The house sold two days after going on the market and for more than we expected.  The whole process was to my surprise really easy, even given the short settlement date. I would definitely ask David to assist me again should I need to sell my property.

Great͏ Agent that can deliver I have used Rick a few times now to sell our investment homes and I couldn't recommend him enough. Rick has a strong knowledge of the market in his area and is very honest and upfront with his evaluations. Every time we have used Rick he has found a buyer and presented us with offers with our asking price. The process with him is smooth and stress free.

Outstanding͏ support and guidance David was an absolute delight to deal with both in the sale of our property and in the purchase of the new one. Davids knowledge of the local market and the piece of mind he brought  to the entire experience is very much a point of difference. Agent refused to present offer to seller which was in writing via email.Would not bother. Dismissed full price offer instructing us to get pre approved financing.House is still on market.Wonder if seller knows.

This is the second time I have rented a property through Peard Real Estate Rockingham and in both  instances through Alicia. The overall professionalism and communication is exceptional. I would highly recommend both the agency and property manager to anyone looking to secure a home for their family.

There are lots of property management agencies in these days which are totally not showing the same level of services. We could get distracted by some of pretending good-looking ones but eventually we get to know which one is the best for owner and tenants as well.  Peard has been with me for more than 4 yrs and the staffs and management team have been so professional and have got the balanced perspectives in between the landlord and tenant, which makes the difference.  Me personally, I'd like to give my thumb up to Kiarra for her expert in communication and specialised coordinating skills for any sort of matters.  Thanks guys for your good service and I strongly feel that you are still on the track for the better services, that is the reason why you are outstanding in this area.
