Saturday 22 nd October The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have patience I walked out with two pairs of shoes and happy with both.
Went to buy a few pairs for work and was prepared to spend quite a bit. Staff ignored me and made no effort to assist, preferring to concentrate on the guy taking up all 4 spaces with his various try ons.
"The assistant listened to my needs and did not try to sway me towards something else. She was warm and friendly.”
