Customer service absolutely atrocious!!!! If I could give it minus 5 for a score I would. Never going back to the Gympie store. And yes I have complained to head office.

It's the last time I purchase school shoes from spend less shoes they don't even last a full term for $40 more I can get Nike that last the year.

The lady was lovely, helpful .
