Very very helpfull didn't have my size said they would ring me back I thought yes that's what they all say today. The manager from Williams phoned a few weeks later to let me know they come in so now I go back to buy my shoes. Didn't have the joggers I wanted same deal she will phone me when they come in. Will put with me old joggers till then. The old saying good service build good business and that's what Williams Shoes provided for me.

Bought 3 pairs of shoes for summer. Sales person gave me a great discount and was very efficient at bringing the shoes out and keeping area tidy.

Kudos to Jessica at Williams Shoes Gympie. Our problem was resolved quickly, and efficiently, and with great courtesy.  A pleasure to shop there.

Very rude & unhelpful.. I wish I took note of the ladies name. I'm sure not all the staff are as rude as this lady.
