Leanne, at Williams Springwood shopping Centre has been amazing helping me to find a pair of shoes for my 'needing extra special care" feet! She was patient, kind, and very resourceful: she did not have my size in the shoes I wanted but she rang around William stores until she found them, and asked them to hold them for me! Even if this is common practice, she did it in a way that made the whole thing feel exciting rather than a burden! Thank you Leanne! Williams, you want to keep employing people like her!
