Classic French bakery/patisserie, with a focus on true flavours, wild fermentation and the enjoyment of real food.

Story

Everything we sell has been handmade by Daragh and our bakers, using traditional methods.

Our breads are naturally fermented sourdoughs, which are not "sour" in taste, and are lighter & easier to digest than many other breads - we have many gluten-intolerant customers who have had great success adding our sourdough into their diet.

Bread. Deeply flavoured, shiny bubbled, thick crusted, chewy bread. Try Hannah's loaf to start with; buy the whole loaf as you'll find it hard to stop eating. If you can, keep it for a day or two, the flavours only get better. Then try something else, Henry's loaf for a wholegrain experience or, perhaps a cheeky Ficelle filled with butter, ham and Dijon mustard. And then there's the pies, sausage rolls and ...the pastries. (sigh)

Wild bakery makes awesome bread. In addition they make great pastry goods and cakes. I like to get my Sunday coffee here also.

"Amazingly Made Culinary Bakers Delights" What a sheer fluke finding this little gem of a hidden place was. It turns out we just found WA's MOST EXQUISITE little bakery in South Fremantle! Amazing products all hand made on-site. All their breads and snacks are amazing. They even make the most amazing pizza which looked like it was at least 1M across its diameter! We assumed it was the old American style, you know - take a slice, roll it up into a cone and stuff it in ya mouth, we guess. Incredibly friendly staff and the owners are both really down-to-earth people who really are making some of the best bakery products here in Perth. Incredibly GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE takes only a friendly smile and a great working attitude, and these guys are well on their way. Watch this business grow even larger over the next few years ahead, mark my works! by Andrew & Jenny
