I bought a 6 pack of its chocolate chip Hot Cross Buns for $7 on Wednesday, 7 March 2018, as my wife said they are a lot better than Coles (Across the road in Angelo St) even though Coles is a lot cheaper. Because they have been in the past. WRONG! Brumby's Hot Cross Buns were almost bland with only a HINT of chocolate! I actually found two of them in one bun and they looked to be half the size of the usual chocolate chip. Coles buns, whilst not great, had heaps more flavour and were great value at only $3.5 for 6.

never had worse coffee. Maybe its time to invest in a new coffee machine plus a quality coffee. Low price wont make you more customers, especially in South Perth.

Often limited stock beyond 1pm , some very different product, and whilst the owners try, the service is sub par. A 10 year old cannot be expected to be the front of the business, as I have often encountered. I am a local and hope they can improve. They are lucky that they have no competition

Bloke at the counter, called matt i think, was great and extremely attentive. Should give him a pay rise for sure!

I went in today was ignored by the only adult in the shop she did not even acknowledge I was there She called a child of no more than 7 or 8 through from the back of the shop to serve me the child had no manners at all not a Please or Thankyou while serving me not even when giving the price or taking the money The rolls I bought were inedible hard as rock and full of sir in the middle. The selection of cakes they had was so poor I would not recommend this store to anyone nor would I be going back. Brumbys need to look into this as even if it's a franchise still gives the name a bad reputation.
