Overated plenty of better choices to eat these days. Was amazing in its hayday. Still has lines out the door everyday and I'm still a customer. But I feel like it has lost its wow factor.

Writing a review before I get the cake I just ordered. The whole process was very painful. I called at lunchtime to order a birthday cake, and was put on hold whilst they served a customer. I was forgotten about, as I could hear the lady serve more customers whilst I was waiting on the phone. I hung up after 6 or 7 minutes. I called back later and ordered the birthday cake - she was not helpful, she kept asking for a size, and I kept saying "what's normal for a standard birthday cake". She was not helpful at all and said it had to be up to me. Sure, it would be my decision but the tone and the lack of helpful suggestions, and the lunchtime waiting made this an unpleasant experience. Also, I had asked for a birthday cake, but if it wasn't for me asking at the last minute about what could be done to make it a birthday cake, there wouldn't have been any writing on the cake. Surely this should have been offered. I felt like she just wanted to get me off the line. Let's hope the cake makes up for it.
