Nice food from a limited selection, prices somewhat elevated. Big plus: Many Gluten Free options! The Al Fresco area is the preferred place to eat compared to indoors; its hardwood floor looks great but together with the ceiling serve as a good amplifier for the average loud speaking Australian. This creates an atmosphere akin to a train station if the restaurant is full. Which was the case when we arrived without a reservation. Very friendly staff were quick to prepare a table for us four on the fly. No wait time to mention we were served very friendly and competently. Luckily for us many patrons had finished their meals and left during our meal and we could actually enjoy the atmosphere better. We were not too hungry and shared the seafood selection for two among us four, no problem with the staff. Apart from the overcooked crayfish tails and potatoes the food was as good as it looked. We also had some dessert which was preserved very well, looked and tasted great. All in all above average with a little room for improvement. 4 stars.

The prawns were amazing. We ordered 3 entrees to share and a dessert. That was more than enough for us. The only downside was the glasses were spotty. They had washed them but didn't polish them. For this type of restaurant I would expect everything to be well presented. My daughter tasted detergent on her glass so that was concerning. Overall the service was great, the food was fresh.

Great food, good selection, and a creative menu. The servers were friendly and capable. I had the "surf and turf"-like dish (it's called something cuter on their menu) containing a beautifully done ribeye, 3 prawns in garlic cream sauce, and lots of crispy roasted potatoes. It was excellent because they knew how to not over cook the steak. My partner had the stuffed chicken breast over a leek and potato "rosti" (like hash browns). He thoroughly enjoyed it. They have a nice selection of beers, cocktails, and wine. They lose one star for the 1.5% surcharge on credit card payments. This is a rather high-end place, so I find it slightly ungraceful to charge that.

Stopped 6 nights at the Exmouth Escape Resort hotel, heard this restaurant was good, only to find it is closed until Feb 8th. One star is generous in the circumstances!

Great food and service. Had the seafood platter for two. $95 fish, prawns, oysters, bugs, excellent soft shell Crab, very meaty all grilled or Cold. Thanks
