I have been going to Eastgardens for over 20years and now, they have decided to play loud music across each floor. You can’t think, it’s so loud! Who thought that was a good idea? Every study says : quiet, pleasant, easy going sounds. Let people have comfort to decide on a phone, a trip, a bank statement; a decision, don’t blast them so they can’t wait to get out of the store! Soft and pleasant music please!

I love Eastgardens the most to go to Westfield, because on the bottom level it has all of my favourite restaurants! Not only can you eat, you can also walk around all the different selection of shops, just upstairs! It also includes a premium cinema (HOYTS) with these really good seats that are adjustable with a button on your seat, at no extra cost.

Good shopping centrum. Always find whatever I need. Plenty of shops, nice cinema, fresh food, coffee shops, supermarkets. Clean toilets and easy to park your vehicle. Sometimes missing more orientation desks. Good playground for kids. Just parents could clean mess after their kids.

Ghetto. The trolleys at Kmart and target look look like their straight from a zombie apocalypse. The other shops looked pretty good though, It was just the anchor store letting the place down. There's a decent range of shops and they all seem relatively well kept and maintained.

To all the mostly lovely shop owners/managers/staff & also the shopping center staff & security teams, a big "Thank You" for all your efforts throughout the whole year, especially during this crazy end of year period. Happy Holidays & Happy New Year to you all. If I could have one wish for future Xmas shopping periods, it's this - just one evening in the month before Xmas when adults can come shopping in a CHILD-FREE ENVIRONMENT. A few hours without the running around, screaming at each other, crying, tantrums, or even the well behaved ones would be shopping heaven for some of us. Come on Westfield management & shop owners, is there any chance of you granting this Christmas wish for me for next year? Pretty please :-) I'd be happy to help organise it with you, if that would help :-)
