I had such a wonderful experience with Jessica at the La Mer counter at Westfield Doncaster. From the moment I approached her, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. She has that rare combination of being genuinely friendly and down-to-earth while still maintaining complete professionalism.nnWhat really stood out was her deep knowledge of the products. She didn’t just recite information—she really understood skin types and took the time to listen carefully before recommending anything. Her suggestions felt completely tailored, and I felt confident that she truly knew what would work best for my skin rather than just trying to sell products.nnJessica also has a beautiful way of making customers feel seen and valued. There was no pressure at all—just thoughtful guidance, patience, and a calm, reassuring presence. She made the whole experience feel personal and special, which is exactly what you want when shopping for skincare at this level.nnIt’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise, kindness, and genuine care so effortlessly. I left feeling well looked after and excited about my skincare choices. Highly recommend asking for Jessica if you visit the La Mer counter at Westfield Doncaster.

I think Westfield Doncaster is the best Westfield in Melbourne because you can find almost anything you need there  from a gym and hair salons to a wide range of major brands.nnOne thing I really like about this shopping centre is the information kiosks that are placed throughout the mall. You can simply type in the name of the store you’re looking for, and it shows you the exact location on the map and which direction to go. You can even scan the route and keep it on your phone to follow easily.nnIt also has a large parenting room, and it’s always clean, which is very important for people who have kids.nnOverall, this is always my first choice when it comes to shopping.

Ok for shopping. Absolutely offers nothing for families or young children. The disgusting space outside supposedly meant for kids to play in is so run down and a complete hazard, from lifting fake turf to exposed bent steel and loose led strip lighting. Both Knox and Forest Hill have play centers inside and playgrounds outside for kids and this is as good as it gets here.nnAbsolutely filthy and disgusting. To even see an attempt to cover a broken corner with a green plastic box just goes to show the lack of care for safety and hygiene that is offered here for children.

One of the largest shopping centres in Melbourne. Our family loves to shop here, plenty of parking, free for first 3 hours or 4 for members free to join. The great variety of shops allows us to get most if not all our shopping needs. Essentials like banks, food court, restaurants, cinemas, department stores, supermarkets.... are all here. Over a dozen bus routes stop or terminate here.

Westfield Doncaster is one of my favourite places to shop in Melbourne. The centre has a really modern feel, with a great mix of luxury brands, everyday stores, and lots of places to eat. Whether I'm shopping for clothes, tech, or just looking around, I always end up spending longer here than I planned.nnThe layout is easy to navigate, and the centre is bright, spacious, and incredibly clean. There are heaps of different stores, so it's easy to compare products without needing to drive somewhere else.nnThe food court is another highlight. There are so many different cuisines available, and everything I've tried has been great. It's also nice having cafés scattered throughout the centre if you just want to stop for a drink or dessert while taking a break from shopping.nnI also appreciated how friendly the staff were in many of the stores. Even when I was just browsing, they were happy to answer questions without making me feel pressured to buy anything.nnWestfield Doncaster is definitely somewhere I'd recommend if you're looking for a premium shopping experience without having to travel into the city. It's modern, convenient, and has something for everyone.
