Our first Wendy's experience, we don't have this franchise in South Africa. Franchise looks good, the one we where in was massive and kept clean. My husband and I shared a meal. The size for two was sufficient if you are not starving. But we prefer Mc Donald's or Burger King personally. That's just our opinion...

Quite possibly the least efficient ordering and delivery process in the fast food industry.  Lots of customers standing around with the kind of numbers and holders you would usually take to your seat.  Sometimes you don't get a number to hold, you have to remember it.  Sometimes two people will have the same number, causing the wrong meal to get handed out.

Quite inefficient.  But, good burgers.

Was excited to have Wendy's again after not being near one for over a year but this Wendy's experience was interesting to say the least. The staff here weren't really accommodating with dietary restrictions and were a bit rude and seemed judgemental. I ended up grabbing a baked potato with added shredded cheese, an extra $1.30 for literally a sprinkle. I had a few of my partner's fries dipped in his frosty for that classic "fries in frosty" which is always a winner. But by the end of our meal we noticed a man laying his head on a serving tray who proceeded to vomit onto the tray. The man simply got up with his tray, dumped the paper into the bin and jet off. Hopefully they clean those trays properly.

The staffs were very rude. I ordered a $5 combo and waiting for more than 15 min. No one explain and say sorry. Super bad experience.

Nice location, plenty of good seating upstairs. Food is as expected though for a fast food joint
