On the grand scale of McDonald's, this one isn't particularly spectacular. Still, for the price it isn't too bad value, and the service is better than a lot of other McDonald's franchises. Often extremely busy, but still manage to provide decent serving times. Haven't had my order incorrectly made here, so while it isn't a 4 star resturant, for McDonald's - a 4 out of 5.

Service & Timing absolutely poor. Non busy period at 8.30pm hardly 3 to 4 cars in the drive through and one additional customer in store. Waited at the counter for 3 minutes before someone took the order. Once ordered the food took an additional 5 minutes to be prepared. No paper napkins in the order. Previous customer ordered some 2 to 3 happy meals. Out of the 3, 2 of them had the box flaps left open and not closed properly.

This place is so slow at night time. The workers are so slow and arrogant. They see a long AF line yet still stand around, talking, laughing and listening to music. They continuously lie about not having any cold beverage/food machines at night, saying it’s under maintence. But you drive past and see it’s working perfectly fine. These people need to up their game!

Went through the drive in just 15 MINUTES ago. Asked for 3 apple pies. And got 4 Mucked up my order. Told me that it would take 2 minutes. Took 4 minutes. 3 staff that I could see. 1 taking the order 1 preparing someone else's order for behind me and the 3rd one sucking on a drink in full view just egnoring the customer. NOT EXPRESSED AT ALL. McDonald's on ASH ROAD Avondale Auckland. I WON'T go there again

Way too slow drive through. Think 15mins plus for 5 cars to get through.
