Came here with my mum looking for brunch, waited 5 minutes for someone to give us a seat then another 10 just for a menu, we didn't get our drinks for 20 minutes and our food for an hour. Some of mum's food was burned or cold while mine was too small and over priced. Save your time and go to McDonald's its cheaper and faster.

We had lunch here a few times. The food and coffee were very good, the service was great, and the "kids eat free" deal was for real: our server explained the rules (buy an adult meal for $20 or more, get a meal from the kids menu free) without us even asking. The kids menu was extensive, and they thoughtfully brought our kids their food a few minutes before ours. The location was bright and warm, with a view of the river. It's also right next to the West Wave pool, so perfect if you want a proper meal after a swim.

Came for brunch on a Sunday. Staff were friendly but service dreadful. Had to wait for ages for someone to take my order, then food came out way before drinks. No-one came to clear plates and I had to leave the table to find someone to take my desert order. 60 min later I finally got my pancakes, and they still didn't clear away plates/glasses. Food was delicious but wait times ridiculous.

Great place to eat normally but was disappointed today. Food was good as usual but service was very slow and a bit sloppy. Waiter seemed disinterested and seems like we were forgotten several times. When I went to the counter the waiters, and baristers and manager were talking and cleaning their own area up. 
Seems to be a bit of a recurrent problem by the look of other reviews. 
Shape up Falls!!

We had visitors from overseas, and decided to dine at the Falls. The food was superb as was the actual building. Unfortunately for a fine dining experience it was below average. No table cloth and paper serviettes. Years ago it was white linen tablecloths and crystal glasses, things you expect in a grand old villa. 
The service was terrible. After our initial order, we were not asked if we wanted more drinks, dessert or coffee. The place was not busy, only one other table. We probably would have spent another $100 at least. Such a shame because the food was exceptional. Will not be going again.
