I hate to say this but it was pretty bad. Machine had no paper in so I had to stand in line after making my order already. I was ignored by staff (didn't say 'hi, I'll be with you in a moment') when I got to the cashier. She seemed confused and had the "I don't wanna be here" attitude. When I got my order there was more than one thing wrong with it, I should have taken it back but the staff were all busy and I didn't want to have to deal with them again. The fish burger patties seemed like it had been sitting/very old. Chips must have been salted by every member of staff that walk passed and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce! Now on to the design: layout makes it look like they want you to use the electronic system, which would be great if they worked. Cafe is much bigger and looks nice. Kids playground looks very cool. Overall the place was kind of clean but honestly they need more staff members and a technician on or something. Very bad after the re model.

I love that the staff are on to it with orders. They're friendly of course. Inside area is clean most of the time tho, quite packed. The food is great, obviously. They do need to get their toilets cleaned up tho. The foods all good.

Awesome new playground. Very busy here, long wait to get food or anything. Far beyong max capacity, not the place if you want quiet. Everyone is playing ipad here. Stickers

Has a lot of the new ordering kiosks, which is great. However the place had a LOT of flies. Was horrible. Tables were not wiped down properly and service was very slow.

Took coffee this morning. I myself work as barista in caltex service station. You guys might have a large number of orders in morning but truly should look at your service. You guys really compromising quality for quantity. Will never thought again for coffee
