The chicken was nice. I got boneless and original – both tasty. Went through the drive-thru. Customer service was nice and friendly. Good stop for a quick meal.
Ordered deluxe quarter pack….unfortunately nothing deluxe about it. Chicken smaller than a closed fist and cold fries….to make a day even worse potato and gravy….oh wait no they must have really wanted me to have a bad day so they took out the potato and was left with a gooey, brown muck. If that wasn’t the icing on the cake Welp….Moro bar melted.
The food is very consistent and tasty but unfortunately the service let us down with our pick up order. We watched it get packed, watched our number get displayed to say our order was ready, then waited another 10 minutes with our food just a couple of meters away, while busy staff rushed around packing orders, taking orders out to the carpark, but no staff member available to acknowledge us standing at the counter to pass us our meal.
This was a large order 22 x 3 pce packs and 1 x katsu bowl for our factory lunch. The order was made before 8am and booked for delivery for 11.40am. Lincoln Rd KFC is no more than 2 mins away from our business.nAt 11.40am I recieved a text to say our order was in progress and at 11.50am doordash arrived with 2 x 20 wicked wings. He had my name and address on his phone with this order.nI told the guy that this was not our order but he insisted that I take it.nI then called KFC Lincoln road to be told that my order was there waiting for the driver to pick it up. I waited another 10 mins, still no delivery so I called again twice but no answer.nI then drove to the KFC to find that my order was still sitting there and that the driver had not turned up, but nobody seemed bothered about this. I picked it up the order and left.nThe guys finally got to eat at 12.30pm. The food was warmish, there were not spoons or serviettes and we were short by 2 drinks.nWe have KFC lunches several times a year and we usually go to Te Atatu South who have always been excellent, but as we were busy today we decided to get it delivered and Lincoln Rd was our option. Never ever again will we buy from Lincoln Rd KFC. Very poor service :
paid $100 and this is what i get? a soggy and cold burger & chicken? i was looking forward to eat a hot and crispy chicken as i was craving, very disappointing!!!! this is my second time trying kfc in this branch! same service, same cold and soggy food!
