I loved their services, well you know, it's really nice to see the girls & boys' warming smiling after their whole busy day/week of work, appreciated. And I loved the snack box hehe. Though the wicked wings can be better :P

Queues can be very long which is not really their fault. Food is nice. Service pretty good mostly.

Queues are frequently long at drive through and in the store they can be almost out the door. Often it's faster to drive up school road to Te Atatu KFC rather than wait. Food is often very average at this branch.

The operator was unable to understand our simple order and took several attempts to get it right u till I stood over her and Checked each single entry as well as the print out. Very vexing. I checked it when I got the order the store and it seemed to be correct however when I got home and opened up packets etc there were two incorrect items and not the popcorn chicken that I ordered. Chicken was too dry. It will be a long time if ever I will get KFC again!!!

We just go through the drive through. Only have it once a month sometimes it's dry and the chips are soggy it's good if you've got a big family $45 mega bucket feeds 6 of us, so reasonably cheap feed.
