The Grounds Eatery

Reasonably nice food. However inattentive staff...no once came to serve us until we eventually asked a waiter to come to our table. They were also out of the watermelon and strawberry juices which is pretty disappointing. And finally our coups for the water were DIRTY!!? Doesn't Ben Bailey own this restaurant??! Cool...the next season of My Kitchen Rules should be pretty laid back and easy to impress the judges. maybe Ben could take time of and sort out his own restaurant

We waited for an hour before we were served. Food was good but it we were given 9 servings for 11 adults. Given we were told we could only have the set menu because of our large group, expected a serving per person. Unfortunately there was always one serving short. We were told they wouldn't charge for one person, but in actually there was no discount.. They did however give us 10 ice blocks! Would not recommend this venue for a group more than 10.

Great service.👍🙂 Awesome food.🥞🌮🥧🍧🍔 wonderful location🏡🏰 My experience with this restaurant was really great.This place is located in wide area they have their own parking inside.Such a big restaurant also have large playground outside for kids.Food was really yummy and satisfying.One of the staff member(I think she was manager there) went out of her way and walked us around the restaurant and showed us the large studio inside which is being used for filming.Its a really good setup in there.They have little liabrary section inside. Food was so delicious no doubt on very reasonable price.Only thing I was little disappointed that restaurant menu didn’t have too much of variety in mains.It was basically variety of pasta,burgers or vegetarian meals.However that didn’t bother us as we love pasta and it was so yummy. Thanks very much The grounds restaurant team will be coming back again 😀

I had a special vegan breakfast created for me this morning, even though it wasn't a normal request that they usually get asked for. The Ground's Friendly Obliging Spanish Chef made me a delicious Vegan breakfast. Feeling very healthy and fulfilled. Great Coffee too.

Celebrating a birthday locally..went here as love the ambience and thought the experience would be awesome. .however we were disappointed in several aspects.. for a reasonably quiet night, apart from taking orders and being delivered our entrees and mains within 5 minutes of each other we had No service. . As ou mains were delivered so quick (felt like a fast food experience ) ..we felt pushed to eat fast..had to put plates on another table due to lack of service and didnt relax (*pleased we didn't order bottle of wine due to lack of ambience). food good.. not amazing as i expected. . In the meantime two front of house staff clearly not getting on.. with one departing their work space abruptly slamming doors n clearly been crying upon their return. .very disappointing experience, as we are local and love going out for nice dinner experiences..not in a rush to return or recommend...
