The young lady that served me understands good customer service. She was courteous, engaging and professional yet friendly. The tables needed to be cleared and wiped which is becoming normal in fast food outlets and that is quite disappointing. The food was as I expected, it was fast, it was warm, it filled the gap.

This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong from the Asian guy on the drive thru. Bad service with bellow average food! To be honest, New Lynn KFC is the worst one to go too.

Bought a $60 bucket for the flatties, they tried to pawn me off with a $20 wicked wings combo or something. IDGAF, had to provide receipt and everything - I was being talked down to, when I said I got the wrong thing. Like you prolly get this all the time, but daym im a white boy trying to make his way in the world, let me get that fried chicken

So first time on years. Thought I try it out.but window girl took my order. Up front they all laughing an chicken on floor an messy around them .I order through drive throu,8 wicked wings (I got),3 piece quarter pack (I got),an colonel burger well got home surprise it's not there..well guess many more years b4 visit again.. Or shop at another one than new lynn
