They only had one small, blackened potato available when we arrived, which was a shame because that's what we had specifically come for.nThey were very apologetic and wanted to make it up to us, but we didn't have the 40 minutes to wait.nAlso, the young man cleaning up in the restaurant banged and scraped all the chairs and tables that he moved, which produced a very painful sound.nnOverall, lovely counter staff, but disappointing experience.
No one has any idea what they are doing here. 3 times I have been through the drive through in the last 3 months and I am never confident I am getting what I order. Have to repeat myself at least 3-5 times to confirm order. The food is good but it's the most painful customer service experience of your life.
Amazing classic Wendy’s chain. Not too busy when I visited with really friendly staff. They provide table service for dine in customers which is extremely rare for fast food and the store is always kept clean and tidy. While the outside of the store looks old, the inside has been recently refurbished and has the newer Wendy’s logo! The burger was made fresh and the fries taste like McDonalds fries but thicker with the same salt taste. Nuggets were good and free hot sauce and ketchup is available! Definitely a store worth visiting!
Staff and service here is always good.nnBUTnnWarning pay cash so if you need a refund you will get your money back.nnRang Head Office to question why a refund in a Wendy’s store has to be processed at Head Office. I needed a refund as they were out of stock of part of my order. If you pay on the kiosk they cannot refund you in store. Told I will have to wait a few days , how does a large business operate like this ? Person on phone was rude and unhelpful.nImagine if people don’t check if their refund goes through.
2024: Surprised to see that Wendy's survived this long in such a competitive environment.
