Awful place to deal with. We ordered a product earlier in the year and had to chase them about 10 times, each time being promised a call back and no on ever rang, our product was installed about 12 weeks later than promised with no explanation other than that their contractor is hard to deal with. For a long time we thought they were dodgy and had taken our deposit and done a runner. Today we went in, no idea why we would go back, and basically no one was willing to help, manager or senior staff member was unwilling to come out of the office to talk to me, simply left the new guy fumbling about in a flap, in short they told me to go to a competitor. Definitely never going there again even if they were the only place in town that stock what I need.
Excellent advice from the young lady on difference between Weber Baby Q and the premium Baby Q.
They will get it right eventually. We bought a galaxy spa from them - really happy with the spa. It took two weeks and 10 phone calls to get the spa cover though. They never called when promised, never returned calls, and never really took ownership of the problem. They don’t stock Galaxy spa chemicals either. Nice guys though - just not dependable.

Please avoid this store if you can. Staff in this store look nice until you buy something from them. Just after making the payment, they don’t bother to answer your questions or fulfil their commitments. I bought a Weber BBQ from this store a few months ago. They were supposed to get the bbq delivered to my house. While they were speaking about a few days for delivery, it too around 3 weeks for them to deliver the bbq! In the first week, I called them and said I prefer a refund due to the long delivery! They said I can only get a refund if I come to store! When I went to their store, someone who said he was the store manager, said he will not refund me because it is on its way!! His language was so offensive! He said this is a problem between me and the delivery company. I had no contract or payment with the delivery company though! I can imagine how they treat their customers when it comes to guarantee services! Please, please avoid them!
Peter was straight to the point, honest and very professional. Was not a typical salesperson who pushed every accessory. He answered our questions and helped us find the right bbq for us. Definitely reccomed Peter :
Great . We got our BBQ though sadly there were no red ones left . However we are very happy with our new Weber Q.
The customer service was really disappointing. They don't handle issues well and go on the defensive at any questions asked. The "manager" displayed aggressive behaviour on several occasions. If you really must shop here do yourself a favour and make sure you only deal with Jayden.
Great consumer service. Great product.
Top service ! Really friendly and efficient. Our Kamado BBQ had a big crack in it when we got it out of the crate. It was unusable. We were having friends over to try it out so this wasn't ideal. They send someone immediately to replace it. I'll definitely go there again.
