What a disgrace you are Spencer Bunnings Warehouse Petone we have spent a lot of money at Bunnings Warehouse Petone yesterday there was black gates on clearance for $84 the shop assistance check the internet prices and quickly rip of the price as now the price has gone up, by law you have to sale me the gates at yesterday price that's so dishonest I will not be back to Any Bunnings Warehouse. Spencer is rude telling customers to piss off Spencer is not the manner of a manager you should never be any type of manager you should never speak to customers the you did Spencer as I was leaving Bunnings Warehouse one the staff said he leaving as will because of Spencer wow your chasing away customers and staff Spencer. Your bad reflection of Bunnings Warehouse Spencer. Yesterday there was 2 gates left and bits of a gate I was going to purchase one the two gates and the bits of a gate then today you get new stock in and up the price then abuse a customer Spencer your a disgrace to other hardworking staff at Bunnings Warehouse Petone when a abuse customers Spencer.
Used to be great, now every time we are here there is a big line and the self checkouts are closed.
Horrible customer service by the old ladies at the counter. Very discrimination Specifically towards Asians by middle-aged and old ladies. If you can’t give good service to the customers please stay at home. Don’t show your frustration towards customers. I have visited others beaches but compared to other branches discrimination towards Asian and Indian so high in petone branch. If you don’t welcome Asian and Indian then put a note at the entrance that this shop is only for white people.nNext time I will put a complaint on consumer court if this behaviour is continued.
Bought 3 plastic storage crates with clip-on lids. After I’d paid, I noticed that all 3 had cracks in the clips. Returned them to checkout and asked to get replacements. Checkout operator OK’d that. I left the faulty ones at checkout and started heading to the shelf to get replacements. Operator called after me to take these ones back to the shelf!n“But then another customer will get damaged goods” I argued.n“They’ll be alright” was the bizarre response.nI refused to put them back to the shelf, but I’m sure they would have been returned there by the staff anyway. What an apalling attitude to quality and customer service.nLessons:nCheck goods for damage before you buy from BunningsnORnBuy from Mitre 10 instead. I’ve found they have a better attitude.
Open your self service at the Petone branch.nnEvery time I come in they are shut. Big investment for zero use. Staff excuse is that they are understaffed, sounds like they are trying to protect their jobs from automation.nnStaff were more than happy to remind us you were closing in 30 minutes, but we could not check out because we had to wait in line for a single checkout at the information desk. The information desk had a long line of people exchanging goods. Having a staff member on the front door but not opening checkouts is crap.nnI just left and went to Mitre10 for what I needed
