What a tip. Never have I seen this store looking so messy and product on the floor. The store was extremely busy and the line for checkout snaked around the store to fine only two team members serving. Poorly managed and I walked out and went elsewhere
Poor service instore, the 1st staff member not really interesting in checking that the stock item which was showing as available was actually instore so I triedto order at the kioskyouget free delivery ordering instore only and the computer was not loading. The counter staff member had no idea how to remedy this. I ended up phoning the Upper Hutt store and dealt with Alana who was super helpful.
Really disappointing service. Please be aware that online orders usually have missing or incorrect items, which seems to be a common practice to scam consumers.
Always enjoy Briscoes. Maybe a little too much as I always leave with more than I went for !! Good range of products and some great sales offers.
Shopped on a weekend sale and after only coming home observed more than 3 items wrongly priced,/prices adjusted for sale figures than advertised.nThe funny thing was never got an apologie from the staff after bringing the misrepresented price items.nAny way quality products but better check the price tags.
