I had an excellent experience recently at M10. The retail staff were helpful & knowledgeable when I was purchasing Elfa storage system items.
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I must have been stopped 2 or 3 times asking if I needed any help finding anything. Outstanding service!
I initially gave one star because on my first visit I found the staff were not very helpful. There wasn't anyone around for information on kitchen and wardrobe renovations. Eventually, I found a group of staff crowded around a kitchen display laughing and giggling loudly. It looked really unprofessional, and they didn't feel approachable. So I left disheartened and had not gone back to Mitre10. I recently returned and found the staff to be wonderfully helpful! I asked a lady at the front desk on advice for restoring old metal brackets. She was enthusiastic, and I felt she genuinely cared and wanted to help me. The product she recommended worked well! She also suggested checking with a staff member in the paints department, and he was also genuinely friendly and helpful. This change in the staff is really comforting and welcoming, and I'll happily return again!
Really great to shop very well organised and it has everything you need to get your job done staff are always happy to help
