Best staff with helpful knowledge and expert advice. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Huge range of all things hunting and fishing. Great shop to visit.

Excellent store, I love going there. Family loves it too. Ordered a product that wasnt in stock amd it has been a frustrating ordeal in getting it. Has been 3 weeks now, the sales person ordered a part in at my  request, then i rang to see if it was in yet only to be told that they had sold it to someone else that came in amd would need to order me another one. Terrible experience, but that is judgement only on the hunting section of the otherwise great store.

Great place for all fishing gear and advice in New Zealand. Can be very crowded, one of the more expensive places but has a very large variety. Client service can be better, usually understaffed.
