Went to the Hutt Hunting and Fishing store yesterday and experienced some appalling customer service. Was told one of the things we were after was out of stock then my wife found 7 boxes of the item. Another item we were told we would have to have the display model which they proceeded to pack up. It was a good job I asked to look in the box because some important pieces were missing and then they couldn’t find them. No one knew anything about the camping equipment and/or didn’t want to help, in the end I walked out in disgust and spent my $1000 elsewhere !!

Could I be the only vegan who's bought something from here?nFelt welcomed as soon as I entered. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Outdoorsie people always are, eh?

Staff were unhelpful, and had zero idea about basic dive gear. Store majorly understocked and didn't have anything we needed. Dive HQ are much more helpful and knowledgeable

Excellent place to get your gear ready for camping, fishing or hunting they have it all. They also have a great knowledge base and can point you on the right track.

Limited fly tying stock a bit sad . Staff rely on sales reps to keep stocks up without knowing what stocks are on the shelves it won't be easy to keep up with what is available  but with a bit of effort a big difference will help customers and enhance  our experience  at hunting and fishing.
