I recently bought a mobile from Noel Leeming Lower Hutt branch. I had pleasure of interacting with Geetika customer service agent. Her professionalism and promptness were truly commendable. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed effectively. The level of customer service provided exceeded my expectations, making my experience with the company a positive one. I highly recommend Geetika to anyone seeking reliable and efficient customer service at Lower Hutt branch.
Recently purchased LG qned80 tv from store. I didn’t expect people yell at just following there instructions. Yesterday been front of house there to pick dilevery. But reception advised me to go back to storage to pick delivery. Advised me se will call them that I was coming to pick it. I been back to storage where Nz post people delivering goods. I been to storage and simple advised I came to pick my order. The lady was certainly angry and start yelling at me asking questions why are you here and who told you to come inside. I was shocked as she is rude and directing me to go outside. I simply say sorry, feeling frustrated why I buy from this store. And over this she told me she can't give me order as she is receiving different delivery. Advised me you have to wait and go inside. After waiting some other guy come and give the order- atleast he is nice and not rude like the other lady. If you go to storage to pick delivery please don't go inside, no matter no one isnoutside to help you.
I’ve been lucky enough to meet Malaka at the Lower Hutt store a few times while buying some appliances. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. Everyone at this store is amazing! I’ve been a regular customer of Noel Leeming for many years, and you always do such a great job of keeping your customers happy
Was shopping recently in Noel Leemings Lower Hutt with my niece. The service we received from Beanta was exceptional. My niece is disabled and in a wheelchair, and he spoke to her, explaining how he planned to fix her problem and making sure she understood what he was doing. Most service people ignore her and speak to us. Would highly recommend him and this store.
