Looked on Google, said shop open. Drove from Porirua to Lower Hutt to go to this store yesterday 3/1 to find it was shut until tomorrow. Update your website to reflect correct hours. Hopeless, won't go again

I make a special effort to get here every year when I'm staying in Avalon. They ladies are so nice and friendly and helpful. Shop layout is awesome you can find what you want easily.  I would put this shop at the top of my list of best knit world I've been too.

Lots of selection and a lovely shop assistant. Would highly recommend.

Shirley the staff was amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.  The range of wool was good including the price range.  Knit World is my go to place for wool.

I was delighted when I rang to put wool away till after lockdown as being a vulnerable case was not able to go in. Fortunately the kind lady said she would courier it to me which she did and it arrived the very next day. Great customer service and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. My once a week shop. A great variety of wool, patterns, and knitting needles etc. and friendly helpful staff.

If you love wool and fibre then this is a must visit. Such a big selection beautifully displayed along with enticing specials. And a wide range of patterns. They offer a mail order service too.

The ladies are always very helpful and so much yarn  to choose from
