The cake was super dry and the strawberries were old and sour I asked one of my friends who used to work there a few years ago and she confirmed that the cheesecake shop sold cakes that were at least a week or two old No wonder why their cakes are always super dry. I will never buy anything from them again and the worst thing is that the staff have terrible customer service
How yummy is this place!? Soooo delicious! Pretty pricey though. Luckily they do half & quarter cakes!
Had a bit of a mixup with my UberEats order, and when I called to let them know about it they were very polite and apologetic over the phone and even offered to help me organise a refund from UberEats and compensate extras for a replacement order. The second order also arrived with a sweet note that made my day! Thank you again to the two ladies Crystal who followed another nice girl, I forgot your name, I'm so sorry! I spoke with who strived with me to sort the issue out - 5/5 customer service! The cupcakes and mudcake all tasted amazing and no one could stop raving about them, and I felt as though all of the products ordered were very fairly priced - 5/5 quality and 5/5 cost! My family has never been disappointed with your cakes, and will continue to shop here! Keep up the great work! Have a lovely lollipop day! ;
Have been getting birthday cakes for a number of years. The girl with the pride hair very rude and abrupt. Not customer focused needs not to be in charge of the shop! very disappointed
Came to collect this cake, and very disappointed with this shop Cheesecake Lowerhutt! How can you make a cake like this? It doesn't even look like it was finished! I don't have time to wait to get it revised!
