Excellent team. Had the whole house done. The windows block out so much sound while keeping the heat in. Install was 3 days. Great communication with all the team, their team came for a walk through prior to finalising everything, they really made us reevaluate the set up we originally wanted. We had copied the plan of the current windows but had changed them opening horizontal. We ended up switching windows to open on another side to suit our living needs, Windows we never opened, we changed to one big window. They look awesome. I highly recommend Thermalframe. They were really helpful. It was roughly 9 months from browsing in their showroom, quote, design, walk through, installation but as they say good things take time. They give a whole new look to our property makes it look new. Everyone has noticed and commented nothing but positive feedback.. Overall extremely happy with product and team.
We cannot recommend Thermalframe enough! They refitted our entire house with Upvc doubleglaze windows + a new door. Fantastic quality, all installed in just one day. Julia, Corey and the team were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Super professional, provided valuable advice + great communication :
uPVC windows are awesome. I have had Thermalframe uPVC windows for nearly 8 years and they are still exactly the same as when they were brand new. This is proper uPVC designed for the high UV conditions of NZ. These windows are great and will stand the test of time. If you like warmth, dryness, thermal efficiency, essentially zero maintenance then get these windows. The price point is also very attractive. Very friendly and helpful team!
Really impressed by my new windows you can tell the difference already. The Thermalframe team did a great job even setting up a makeshift shelter to install two of my windows in the rain. Would and have recommend Thermalframe to anyone who is looking at double glazing

Very impressed - there was a long wait but well worth waiting for. The service provided by the company is excellent. The communication has been really good all the way through. The installers were great - our house looked spotless after they left, they worked well as a team and communicated with us really well and were friendly. The joinery is awesome - looks really good. Thanks very much - very happy.
Absolutely love our new double glazed windows from Thermalframe. With it being so cold outside, our old aluminium single glazed windows were constantly cold and wet. Instantly, the rooms we had fitted are substantially warmer and drier. The Thermalframe team also went out of their way to fit the windows quickly for us. Highly recommended!
We got our old timber windows replaced by Thermalframe many years ago and have never regretted it. And they will still come out to fix any little issues if they pop up which gives me great reassurance that they are committed to their product.
