Classes are held at the Well & Good Pilates Studio,Unit 3/ 247 Milne Rd Modbury North at the rear of Jane Grech Dance Centre:
Mondays: 5:15pm, 6:15pm and 7:30pm
Tuesdays 9:45am, 11:00am, 6:15pm, 7:30pm
Wednesdays: 9:45am, 11:00am (Strength & Balance Chair Pilates, 6:15pm and 7:30pm
Fridays: 9:45am, 11.00am
Saturdays: 8:45am, 9:45am
