Husband had first appointment after reading the charges. Had over 1/2 hour with "physio" then 10 minutes manipulation Was then charged the private cover AND the visa well over the maximum that they quoted! - no $10:00 off as quoted in their adverts, no pensioner discount no customer care.  
Beware and take a big "visa card" for their costs - for me never again!
