I started going to physiotherapy here years ago for my shoulder which was inconsistently triggered by stress. I kept going back because I felt as though the dry needle therapy was really effective. I recommended it to many others and started bringing my mum there too. Mum says she sleeps like a baby after dry needling. The dry needling helped with my mum's lower back pain, shoulder, neck and overall health. I stopped going there earlier this year because I've been feeling better overall but I still choose to go back here when my shoulders act up. Receptionists are also very friendly.

Reception staff can be rude and extremely unhelpful even as a regular patient they won't give you an appointment even if it's an emergency because of this I've chosen to go elsewhere. This is by no means a reflection on the treatment I have been provided by the physio. Reception staff need to consult with the treating physician before flat out rejecting emergencies they act like they own the place and heaven forbid they stay a second past their allocated finish time.
